🍗 Keto Garlic Parmesan Wings | Crispy, Flavor-Packed & Air-Fried
These Keto Garlic Parmesan Wings are golden, juicy, and air-fried to crispy perfection — all with just a few ingredients.
Perfect as a game day snack, party appetizer, or flavorful low-carb dinner. You’ll want to make these on repeat!

🧾 Ingredients:
1½ lbs chicken wingettes or whole wings
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp minced garlic
¼ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese (+ extra for garnish)

🔥 Instructions:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F
Toss wings in olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway
Remove & toss wings with minced garlic + Parmesan
Return to air fryer for 5 more minutes
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and extra cheese
