I show you how to fix an unresponsive, stuck or frozen screen and you cannot restart the Amazon Fire HD 8 Kids Edition Tablet (should be same as Kids Pro model). Hope this helps.

I swear I tried this a million times lol but for some reason it worked when I watched this video so thank you! I put a different charger in it, other than the one in the box and it froze up on me every time I tried that so I pray I don’t lose it again.

I restarted and was even able to reset to factory settings but still touch screen is not working!!
