I loved that most of my teachers were understanding. When I got my period in class I'd just walk up and ask if I can go. If they said no, I just showed them a pad and said: "Please, I don't think I can wait this one out." And they would let me go. I'm glad to experience people who have common sense.

I did have a teacher that didn't want to let me go, so I loudly said: "Please, if I'm not in the bathroom in the next 5 minutes, there will be blood." She started arguing with me. So I said "Fine, I'll sit here, blood on the seat and then go get the cleaners and tell them that you didn't let me go so that's why there's blood." And then the teacher was panicking about it and said I can go. I made up my mind and sat down in front of her and stared her in the eye. After the command of "Go to the bathroom right now!" I went. Do not fuck around with a teenager. You will find out.

When I was still in school (graduated 4 years ago) we had these teachers mainly female, that refused to let kids use the bathroom during the school day, even during passing time. We had to wait til lunchtime. If they caught anyone, including other teachers using the bathroom before lunch they'd loose their crap. But, this one teacher was worse than any of them. She would tell us "if I can wait until I get home to use the bathroom so can you" but, I have two different issues with my body. One, my bladder is about the size of a 9-13 year old currently. Two, I also have ibs. So her telling me and several others to wait until we got home obviously wasn't right to begin with, but it didn't end well for her. I ended up going to the hospital several times during the school year because of uti's and constipation (more so than normal) I told my parents about what was going on, they called the school and the next day we were all in a meeting with this teacher, I had been given a phone temporarily to catch her in the act of her bull crap.(I had soiled my pants so much that I needed a whole new wardrobe of undies, and pants.) My parents played the recordings, and she was fired as well as the other teachers who tried to pull the same stunt(s) this was when I was in middle school.

The other instance was freshman year of high school, my english teacher at my new school (transferred schools after the first instance) tried to deny me from going down the hall, and too the left. Office could see the bathroom, but she couldn't. I told her that if she wanted me to piss, $h!t and bleed all over her chairs I would do it without a second thought. Since she was so adamant that I was lying about my issues. Everyone in class went dead silent, you could hear a pin drop. Then I hear someone clear their throat. It was the principal, with my medical documents saying "if she says I gotta go, LET HER GO FOR GOD'S SAKE." That teacher wasn't seen for six or seven months I do believe. I wasn't denied the bathroom anymore after that. Messed up how people think children and teenagers can wait to use the bathroom like some adults can.
