How to use a TENS unit for muscle and joint relief - TechCare Review

I only recently heard about TENS units from a coworker, after me explaining that I had some back issues. He talked about how amazing they are and he is right! This TENS unit is really simple to use and does a great job. All you have to do is put the pads on, find a mode you like, then turn up the electrical pulses until it is comfortable and relieves your pain.

A few things of note:
- The unit itself is easy to use. When you select a different mode, it resets the power to zero so you don't overdo it on a mode you are not expecting.
- The pads stick well to my skin but despite me being a pretty hairy dude, the pads never take make hair off and stay relatively clean.
- The unit is very powerful despite it not putting out a lot of electricity. I never turn it up all the way.
- I find that this is mostly trial and error, I often have to move the pads many times to make sure I get it just right.

I have a new one it doesn't turn on. It says to keep the power button pressed until the screen lightens up. Unfortunately, it doesn't do the trick. It only turns on for a few seconds when I unplug the device. It's fully charged, so I don't know what the issues. Very disappointing.
