I"m having some serious issues with the overlaying of video on videos. I'm using windows 10 on a laptop. I'm trying to layer different video clips on top of my original video clip to appear at different times during the video. When I import my clips, they are being automatically copied and 2 of them are importing. Then I don't see my original base layer video in "layers" and I see 2 of the same video layer names that I only imported I don't know what or why this is happening.

The editing works perfectly, but the video is taking forever to load. It's been half an hour, and the video is still at 0% uploaded! It won't let me export the video until it's finished uploading! Is there anything I can do to speed it up? Thanks, otherwise everything else seems to be perfect!

Can I make the overlay transparent? I mean completely transparent, where you can see through an image to see a video underneath. I had an online software that did this... now I can't find it. Thanks...
