I just bought an LL16D from another vendor and I am very impressed. I would have saved 150 euro if I'd waited another couple of months... :-( Nevertheless, I'm not too bitter ... Simply put, my other guitars Lowdens which are about four times the price and the Yamaha stands up very well against them, especially when plugged in. One of my Lowdens is an O32 with a spruce top and it has a little more at the bass end but I bought the Yamaha for taking out of the house and I'm very happy with it! If they were good enough for Bert Jansch then they are plenty good enough for me 😉

I think these guitars are stellar instruments for the money. The LL6 is a great guitar. The way does their laminates is quite good and provides a great sound.
