The camera work and shots were also extraordinary as well! I appreciate all of the design features throughout this home and the fact that it's located in such a special place! I believe that it would definitely be a very decent investment and perfect for the right person at that asking price.

I'm honestly somewhat surprised that it's still on the market. There are SO many spec homes in places like the Los Angeles area that this home clearly stands out and truly offers something totally different. It even reminds me of one of the Nobel homes as far as attention to detail and the textures, materials, and use of space. Each area in the home is significant and yet, feels warm and cozy. That's such a challenge with a structure of this size and they pulled it off.

Not intending to be "snarky", but helpful in your growth and development - Columns carry vertical (axial) loads, beams carry horizontal (transverse) loads. A good book for you to perhaps invest in is "A visual Dictionary of Architecture" by Francis D.K. Ching - an excellent and enjoyable resource to learn about the components of a building structure.
