Seven topped my Spotify wrapped this year. That song is SO FRICKIN CATCHY, it’s criminal. And Jungkook is one of the most incredible male pop vocalists right now. I love it. Plus, he’s breaking so many records for Asian artists alongside his own group BTS which is just really cool on its own.

Love this. I've hit the age (40) where I have a really difficult time getting into new music, because I just feel so...detached from it? I am not the target demographic for most new pop music, but looking at it from a music theory perspective makes me more likely to pursue things I like the sound of, without automatically thinking it's "not for me." So yeah, I'd love to see more of this.

I love when you get into the theory side of things. I was a Music Ed major. I’m a choir teacher now, but my college didn’t talk about the theory behind pop music as much so I would love to learn more.
