Looks delicious. When you reviewed the Carnivore Crisps the other day and mentioned how food the would be for nachos. I was thinking, yeah make a nacho video.. lol. Excited to see this. Cant wait oi try it.

Have you tried making Nacho Cheese sauce with Sodium Citrate (sour salt)? It gives you a really good cheese sauce.
