At 3:00 should not the eastern part of the US be underwater? Also where was the puncture cloud from the first impact?

2:38 one of the twin towers collapsed on top of the other but it could have been survivable being there if you weren't near a window, and im assuming the Empire state Building fully collapsed cause it's not seen, the 4K does make the CGI look a bit more dated than on lower res, but i still holds and actually we can see some more details tough.
