I find myself so similar to you..without knowing you i feel like an elder sister to you. 😂 You’re an only child and you’ve lost your dad that treated you like a princess! I got married to my childhood crush 7 yrs ago. His whole family knows me, knows that he have been frnds, knows that we dated for a couple of yrs before marriage. But after the 2nd month of our wedding his mother tells me “ oh you got your periods i thot u will give good news” i was like what?! Since then for 4 yrs she disrespected me a LOT. For being myself, for being that pampered girl And not caring about money, she used to make fun of my pms and migraines, she was horrible to me for not being religious enough. I lost myself. My hubby was my rock. He saw me and saw what his mum was dng to me. He stood by me thruout. I started counselling. 3 sessionsof counselling and i found my worth and saw what i was dng to myself to please that lady. I allowed her walk all over myself. My dad and mum wanted me to leave but i stayed cuz my hubby is a good man. We got a little financially stable and then decided to leave her house❤ You have to find a boy that will prioritise you. Youre gng to be his family youre gng to give him a family of his own. His parents will die in 10 and 15 yrs..tell it to his face if he has to remember that he has to live with you and your kids. If he wants to please his mother with household chores hire a cook and a maid with your money. Never leave your job for anyone! Jesus. Im so proud of you of hw far you have come in terms of taking care of your mum and handling your career! Well done man!❤
