Can you believe people have been lining up outside a Brooklyn bakery to pay $50 for a box of cereal? L'Appartement 4F sells a breakfast treat made up of tiny croissants. Each one is hand-rolled to flaky perfection and with a count of 200, it takes four days to make one box! This cereal is the brainchild of Ashley and Gautier Coiffard, who own the eatery. I’d imagine he has help though. If he’s hand making all of that and it takes 4 days to make one box, and the box is $50, and he has a line around the block, he’d never be able to catch up with demand.

Forget Cereal! Eat some oatmeal! The reason why I believe some people don't like oatmeal is that some make it too thick and have a higher oat-to-water ratio. Once you get the ratio correct and it's properly cooked add some canned evaporated milk, sugar, butter, and cinnamon and you have an amazing breakfast. Also, quaker oats do not pay me.

You could set up a machine to do most of the work, like cutting and rolling. All they would have to do is put it in the oven, take it out and package it.
