Toddler's Fractures and C.A.S.T. Fractures Quick Take

This video successfully explains the confusion over nomenclature with Toddler's fractures and Childhood Accidental Spiral Tibial Fractures. Why does it matter? These fractures are all in the same family of accidental spiral tibial fractures of childhood, but the subset, Toddler's fractures, can be managed much less aggressively than the less stable Childhood Accidental Spiral Tibial Fractures (much to the parent's joy). This nomenclature clarification is also extremely important for performing any research on the Toddler's fractures.
