Or....could it be that having offices that specifically prejudice against certain groups is antithetical to the concept of equality.

And a "Civil Rights Era Executive Order"....can you specify which order you're talking about?

You know it’s funny because you’re the second person who brought up the inauguration. The inauguration is on January 20 every four years OK so we’re supposed to change the rest of the schedule around because Martin Luther King Day happen to be on that same day. I don’t think so.
