Mirror Photo Booth - How To Choose The Best Glass

We know it is confusing when there are so many options for your Smart Mirror or Photo Booth project it is hard to know which one is the best fit.

Here is a quick overview:
All three mirrors have the same reflection percentage at 70%

*If your mirror is going in a bathroom, the Acrylic Two Way Mirror will degrade over time so it is best to choose a glass option.
*If you are shipping outside of the USA, shipping can get expensive for mirror sizes 24" x 36" and larger. For the cheapest shipping option, the Acrylic Two Way can be shipped via FedEx for larger sizes than the glass can.
*If you are doing a touch screen smart mirror, the acrylic will need a protective laminate so it does not get extremely scratched over time.
*If you are doing a touch screen and the mirror is 24" x 48" or larger, the Acrylic will be too bendy for the touch to work correctly.
*if you are going frameless, the glass has a polished edge option for the best overall look.

Wait, why were two on a grey substrate and one on a clear substrate? That will seriously skew the results. The only two you’re giving an accurate comparison of are the first and third.
