If you say you’re in a gang and continue to sport the tattoos you’re setting yourself up for heavy scrutiny from law enforcement and the gang.

Gangs would only allow their own members to have certain tattoos. That’s how gangs can identify friends from foes and take appropriate actions.

Gangs use particular tattoos to identify themselves, so not everyone who has tattoos would be arrested. As a matter of fact, most, if not all, law enforcement agencies have a catalog of gang tattoos that allow the police to recognize which gang they are dealing with.

This is the most deplorable thing any government that is a “democracy” could do. May God have mercy.

One does not wear and display gang tattoos, unless they are a member of a gang. Otherwise, they face retaliation.

Due process. Come in legally and then you can get that. You aren't an American citizen so you don't have the rights of a citizen. So cry me a river.

No they’re getting sent to jail for being in a country illegally… why is this so hard?

I'm sure El Salvador can look up their record and place them accordingly. They are still illegal.

If they survive another 5 years they will at least get a big paycheck from the American taxpayers

Even if we get a few wrong. The overall benefit is still worth it. Sucks to be even a little bit associated with them. Better reevaluate your life. We don't need those values here. Not even worth the chance of the possible reformed one in the crowd. No thanks.
