This is how I make over $6,000 per month in gross postcard sales on eBay. Learn how I list, where I source inventory from, and what I do better than any other reseller.

When I started selling postcards my first lot that I bought was at a yard sale of a postcard collector. Her husband died and she decided not to collect anymore. She had around 2k cards. I asked her if she would take $20 for it all. She said yes! The first postcard I sold from that lot paid for it. I made some pretty good money from that lot!

Great video! One thing I would add is to give outstanding customer service. Always work at giving buyers reasons to come back and not give them reasons to avoid your shop.

This video is pure gold with the honest way to make money selling postcards on eBay. I am building up my store to supplement my retirement income in the near future. Plus, I love postcards and the buying/selling postcard community. Thank you.

Great show, thanks for all the information. Would love to see a show where you show us how you do your shipping and even the discounts you run. Just signed up for VIP Parcel per your advice have not used it yet though, waiting for that international sale to see how it works. Thanks again.

Thank you for a straight to the point & great video, I was wondering how postcards I would need to start seeing a steady flow
of sales. Right now we have 300 in our store and we are averaging about 11 sales per month. I am also buying the higher dollar selling
ones, but I am still learning which ones to buy but you laid it out for us. Thanks.

Could you do a video on how to price post cards? I have over 10k cards and just keep buying just hate to list them and not get top dollar. Thanks

Thanks for the video and information. It would be great to see some videos showing you source as no one on YouTube seems seems to do this in regards to postcards specifically.

An excellent video. Certainly pointed me in the right direction. I have a question though. Can you share how you take photos of your postcards to make it ready for ebay? Is using a scanner better? If it's a scanner, what type suits best? Thanks in advance for the guidance

Very informative video - can I ask would you recommend buying from Mary L Martin's periodical Auctions ? As they sell single postcards, would they not cherry pick all the better ones before lotting up ?

I enjoy your videos and I agree the money is in RPPC postcards, but they take longer to sell. I find that my linen postcards are not selling well at all. I do good with the divided backs and chrome but no so good with linens and white borders. I also sell a few continentals but nothing to write home about. I'm like you and list 25-30 a day. I'm sitting on about 1000 linens and debating whether to list them or start on my 600 continentals that I have on hand. I went to a postcard show in Caseyville Illinois in September and asked 5 or 6 dealers if they wanted to buy the continentals and everyone said no. Now I think I'll list them for the future hoping it takes off.

I have I would say about a 1000 German and French postcards from late 1800s and early 1900s. Would love to pick your brain on value and if they would sell well on eBay.

Hello, I just started to sell postcards about a year ago and I’ve sourced from many of the areas that you suggested. I love everything about selling postcards. What I’ve noticed though is that the age of many postcard collectors are much older. Specifically in the early 60s to late 80s in terms of age. Do you ever worry that your buyers will literally die off? I rarely see people under 50 years old at a postcard show or postcard club. I almost worry if I need to diversify what I sell due to this fact. What are your thoughts? Also, thanks for sharing your knowledge.
