Because he had so much rage in him from koopekul trying to hit him away that he mutated into a falcon a human falcon he has legs and arms maybe from the DNA he got from koopekul after he hit him merged with him from his mutation after they defeated the god and then he became the leader of the falcons to make koopekul perish before koopekul awakens his power but he might also need an Allie not goburins child but sen he could have powers of the gods too just haven’t awakened it yet it will be harder for koopekul because he needs to surpass a gods power and gods are known for being some of the strongest beings in all realms so once the war begins theirs no stopping but we must last long enough to train them…
