It's great to see the small cc motorcycles and mopeds making a comeback.

What I love about this guy is how there's never even a hint of snobbery to him. He doesn't care what the vehicle is as long as it has two wheels or sometimes even three. He sees the purpose is every single one of them. Him and MissendenFlyer are the best motorcycle reviewers on youtube.

The stuff of legend these Cubs.
Back in the 70s every house in Ireland had a few Honda 50s. Affordable motoring, that's what we could afford.
Times have changed now most homes have 2 Audis or something similar.
The Nifty Fifty, a rare sight on the roads now.

Don't forget that in Australia (where I live) the Honda Super Cub was and still is the most used bike for postal delivery. We call them "Postie bikes" great bikes!

I’ve recently retired and getting ready to sell my home to go completely mobile with a travel trailer and pick up truck and this looks like it might be worth buying when that happens for trips to town and maybe just sightseeing and scooting around. It’s a beautiful design.

I've already put 3, 500 miles on my new Honda Monkey. They are a blast. And buying a Honda means your not getting a piece of crap. These are well made machines and they are so much more sophisticated than the ones from the '70s. They have ABS front brake, electronic fuel injection and ignition... They are a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

My uncle back in the 60's rode a Honda 50 from Springfield MO to Baton Rouge LA. Just over 550 miles. He said it took him 3 days to do it and my grand parents had a cow when they found out about it.

The most important bike ever designed. My grandfather has one from the 90s, straight from the box, ridden like mad and still turns over better than most new bikes. Given its importance it sits proudly next to Vincents, Gold Stars etc.

I love my Super Cub! I've got the red and white one and I commute 20 miles to work (Weather permitting) on a 55mph highway and average about 125 mpg. It gets up to sixty on flat stretches or as much as 70 downhill.

Im falling in love with Honda Cubs. Only thing i dont like about this new one is theres no seat for second passenger. Here in Asia theres always room for a whole family on old cubs 😁

I had the 1966 50cc Cub in High School from 77-78. I got around for 50 cents fuel a week. Loved that thing! I think she topped out at 50 MPH downhill with a tailwind!

First bike I ever rode was a 1963 Honda 50. Dad bought it for Mom for her birthday. Mom was one of the original "nicest people." Eventually it became mine. I'm 67 now and still riding. "It's not a big motorcycle, just a groovy little motorbike."

I'm pretty confident you can wire in a basic keyed ignition if you ever had to, but your point is a good one.

A rich neighbor kid had one in 1961 and let me ride it a couple of times. I have loved them ever since.

The sound of even the CUB is better than any electric bike. I started on a 76 Honda Trail 90, loved it then and still ride and love it today. Agreed, one is not enough!
Hope you try the new Honda Trail 125 when it comes out in the US (It is already here in AU).

My first bike as a kid was a C-50. Rode the hell out of it, lol.
