Idk about Xbox, but Steam has the best return policy I've experienced so far. PlayStation is second best, but that's only because it exists. It's awful because you can't return a game you've downloaded before. Therefore, if you end up not liking a game, you're stuck with it.

Nintendo last only because it doesn't have one.

you can actually play for 2.9 hours but when it ticks the 3 hour mark it won't let you refund anymore, many of my refunded games on steam were played till 2.7-2.9 hours
