This time i uploaded my favorite butt workout. I have had friends try this out and saw the result within 14 days. Make sure to have a mat or towel when doing this exercise. What do you think about the view? I would love to hear from you about any result you feel or see. Good luck!

maybe someone will benefit from my review. I do training for 3 weeks: the first week I did every day, then 3-4 times a week. I didn't have a strong back of my thigh before, but now it is. also have a good effect on the buttocks. I apologize for my English, I'm from Ukraine. thanks for your workouts! ♡

I've been doing your workouts for about 2 months and they are amazing! But, could you do a program or something like that? Like which workout we have to do, rest days, etc. I think that will help lots of us to follow your workouts successfully 💕
