Imo duelists should try to get their ult by killing enemies because they have their abilities also to help them get kills and others such as initiator and sentinels should be prioritized first by identifying stronger ults and win conditions.

Also, you shouldn't heal agents like Reyna or Phoenix because of a "similar" reasons: They heal themselves. Do not waste it on them as its their responsibility.
