Great leg series. My foam roller is too short so I just used the pole with two red springs. It worked out well. Thanks for posting.

I loved this video but again I got ads that totally ruin the workout experience. I did your latest video yesterday ...there were no ads and I loved it!!! So can't understand why today's video had 4 sets of ads. I know they aren't supposed to be there. Can you try and get rid of them or find out why they appear. I do nothing different when playing them, ie my setup stays the same. It's really frustrating as your workouts are SOOO good. Thanks
