I loved this short but very helpful class; I've been a runner for 5 years and my hips and hamstrings have become so tight throughout those years. It's very depressing since I used to be a gymnast/dancer and mastered splits in all directions :( But with your help, I'm sure I'll get back to where I used to be :) Thanks for the video!

Lesley you're reading my mind! I start every day off with a slow paced yoga warm up followed by a run and ending with one of your videos. Your way of teaching fits my body and mind so well.  Today after my run my legs are especially tight so when I opened your page and saw this I laughed with joy. Thank you for sharing this :)

Dear Lesley, I've been doing your classes for 6 months and I LOVE them, and have been telling everyone I know about them. Today I did this class which is one of my favourite but it was interrupted *twice* with advertisement. I understand that you need the revenue from the ads and don't know if you have any control over what YouTube does ad-wise (probably not) but I thought you should know as for me this is a total killer! I can deal with the ad at the start but during the class it completely disrupts the atmosphere and focus that you so skillfully establish.
