This video is a breakdown of how I made $100k a month for 3 months in a row purely from commissions only.
How I achieved this each month was by making sure I maximised my time management, minimising and mitigating no shows by having a structed sales process system, and narrowed down my skill set and presentation.

These are the basic breakdowns:
Time Management: Set up a colander management system process that would allow you to maximise every single spare minute of your day, so that you could have it full with a revenue generating activity. White space in your diary is an insult to you and your family.

Sales Process: This is a 2 call close, 15 minute discovery call and a 45 minute sales call. Keeping every sales call within a 48-72 hour of booking will minimise no shows. No shows will absolutely kill you. If you don't have a system or a structure to not only minimise but also mitigates them through being able to bring them forward, you can't earn that kind of income, unless you're selling enormously high tier packages.

Sales Skillset: Always work on these 2 things, triage call - never triggering sales resistance and making sure you have a really good relationship very quickly with the prospect, where you are perceived as an adviser and not a sales rep - and presentation phase - this needs to be very sharp, very poignant, and specifically directed at their problems in particular, so it never sounded generic and instead sounded customised.

Thank you for sharing this it help me understand more. First, getting the time highly structured... Do a 2 call sale process and make sure to, book only within 48-72hrs to minimize no show. Hone skill set doing triage call and make presentation sharp & directed to the problems.

Question, did you outbound small groups of 50 or so at a time on auto dialer, then recall before moving to the next 50 or did you just go through the list for a specific time frame and repeat the ones not answered later that day?
