I listen to this, and then I listen again alternating back and forth with my HD650’s and Benchmark DAC streaming the same track at 24bit 96kHz, and your YouTube video. The NS-1000M’s are almost reference, differences seem to be room related, and or amplification (ie bass sometimes light). But I’m feeling confident in my pending NS-2000 purchase. Amazing speakers.

Yamaha NS speaker one of the best in the 80s both 1000 and 1000M for me I like the 1000M the mid range is rich for vocals but both I like anyway you got the best choice loveit🥰🥰

I'm not sure which is which, but from what I can at a very brief listen (even though it's through youtube), the ones without the name Yamaha on them seem to have a little more body in the midrange...a touch more projection, maybe? The ones with the Yammy name on them seem flatter and a bit smoother by comparison. I have no clue how it is in real life, though.

hello Can You You give me some advise?, I need buy reciver /amp for ns1000?. My budged its around 1-1, 2k Euro. I read about Yamaha B-2, but i dont know witch one are the best. Another question- in your opinion witch one from NS are the best one ? 1000x 1 place, 700x 2 place, ns1000 3 place, 690 4 place, correct? Greetings from Poland
