FEMA put up flyers telling people how to seek assistance via the Internet here in Puerto Rico, when we had no power or cell service or Internet. 🇵🇷
We learned to be self sufficient way before hurricane Maria, but they'll respond better to the mainland's needs.
I doubt Florida will be without power in some areas for 11 months, but I am afraid many will die because they are too close to the water's edge and they didn't heed warnings. 🚩
