Hitman 3's Secret Ending

Carpathian Mountains is one of the Hitman Trilogy's most hated missions due to its linear level design, but at the end of the level you can actually discover a secret ending.

I learned this on accident. Was debating on HOW to kill him, so I packed a bowl and got distracted then saw I could inject myself

I find it funny that if you wait until the prompt appears then kill Edwards, you can still use it, and he keeps talking anyway

This is great because this is the same secret ending to Hitman: Codename 47 and the beginning. The only thing it’s missing is the great voice of the original Dr. Ort Meyer. For those who are confused, the first game sees Agent 47 in 1999 waking up in a room identical to that wearing patients robes at a mental hospital with a loud cartoonish Romanian voice blasting his eardrums with promises of a new dawn. You then learn how to play the game from him and escape the facility transporting you a year later to your first hit in Hong Kong. Then, at the end, if you hesitate to shoot him he will run at you and stab you with a needle bringing you back to the beginning. So this is both a great reference to the beginning of the first game and the secret ending. Essentially now 47 is doomed to repeat everything that has happened without any knowledge, except now he has fewer allies.

a hitman level set in a train is pretty good… if it was like a fancy train filled with VIPs etc it’d be a great mission!

So this is the final level! Sweeet. Linear, but looks pretty good. I may juat have to finally get this game.
