"What if Napoleon had won in Russia?" was a very intriguing scenario that would have resulted in a significantly different map.
This was my third scenario. Please provide suggestions for improvement and share additional scenarios.

You forgot to add the part where Napoleon conquers and colonizes the moon

France would control the continent but lacked the navy after trafalgar to ever hope to challenge Britain so in the colonial game Britain would come out on top no land in Canada would be taken France wouldn’t get as much of Africa as Britain and would struggle even more so in the further away Far East.

It would end with French domination of the heartland and British domination of the seas and global trade.
