Good and thorough content. Thanks. However, as a viewer you can easily change the playback speed to 1.25. It will save you some time. The original pace is a little too slow at some points.

Good overview, may be a round of editing to remove the silent gaps and increase the speed would greatly help.

Real enjoyed this. What didn't help, when attempting to use the *free trial* option in Azure, was the lack of available countries. Where Paul would use India region when creating a VM, Azure either greyed out the region or said that the usage for that particular region was high. Upon further research I read that Microsoft may have disabled that option. I'm going to have a look at the AWS equivalent now and make a decision on what to pursue.

IDC identifies 2 saas models:

-> hosted application management hosted AM model (similar to ASP) [provider hosts commercially available software for customers and delivers it over the web] & -> software on demand model [provider gives customers network based access to a single copy of the application created specifically for SaaS]
