Thank you Dr. Snipes. I have to tell you from an academic standpoint you are very inspiring. Also I've learned more from your lectures than my psych professors. From a personal standpoint you have given me a sense of strength to overcome without being afraid. Thank you for your good work. 🙏❤❤❤

My HPA axis doesn't work as it should. I don't produce ACTH I have no cortisol I'm on synthetic cortisol.

I wonder how deep my disfunction is...

But it is pretty bad, I'm not right

the good Dr Snipes answered my question, and got so excited, I had to grab a chocolate ice cream bar suddenly! It's not a craving, it was more like a dog biscuit, a reward... that there ARE possibilities of change. Brain will be learning how to switch from autonomic response, to a logical response... it might take another box of ice cream bars, tho...

Alarm clock sounds is ALARMING THREATENING to move out of SAFE BED. TERROR TO FIND YOUR COURAGE, STRENGTH TO LEAVE A SAFE & WARM PLACE TO RELAX. PARALYZING ALARMING SOUND TO INSTANTLY CHOOSE TO BECOME COURAGEOUS.
CHOICES TO DECIDE FAST. FAST FREEZE. NOT HELPFUL TRIGGER.
