I'm sorry you had a not so great flight experience! I've had my fair share of those. Last time I flew, I had to listen to somebody in the row behind me puking the whole entire 4 hour flight. I've had anxiety to fly since and if I ever fly again I'm making sure to bring headphones to drown out any distractions! Lol

I am a people person as well I feel that I can have a conversation and relate to many people but for public speaking I freeze up. I do not like all eyes on me in those types of situations lol. & girl you had me laughing with your plane story! Im sorry that happened to you! & your outfit was bomb, you looked stunning! <3

As a person who suffers from acute anxiety attacks, I totally relate to the guy on the plane. That being said, it sounds like either his meds had not kicked in yet or he didn't take them. In either case it's a very serious affliction. There should at least have been a trained flight attendant who could deal with him so as not to scare other passengers. Thank God there was someone who at least was talking to him to calm him down.😶
