Turkish Scrambled Borek- Kırpık Börek

Ingredients:
• 5 sheets of phyllo dough
• 1 bottle of mineral water
• 300 ml milk
• 100 ml vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• Salt
• Cheese
Instructions:
• Roll the phyllo sheets into a cylinder and cut them into small pieces.
• In a bowl, mix the mineral water, milk, eggs, vegetable oil, and salt.
• Grease your baking dish and add the first layer of chopped phyllo pieces.
• Pour some of the prepared mixture over the layer using a ladle.
• Sprinkle cheese on top, then add another layer of phyllo pieces.
• Repeat the process depending on the size of your baking dish.
• For the final layer, pour only the liquid mixture.
• Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the top turns golden brown.
