“Street racing is a huge problem as you can see”
*shows all videos of street take overs*
2 very different things. Actual car enthusiasts hate take overs just as much as everyone else

Why is CBS trying to be sympathetic to this guy and then talk about street racing?

Driving illegally on streets has consequences. He could have killed an innocent person.
Life isn’t a video game and driving like an asshole is stupid. Those praising him is beyond comprehension?
Condoning stupid behaviour is moronic.
This is the society we live in today ?
What is wrong with people ?

Yall want to honor this young mans life, keep it on the track. You heard it, walked away from the track crash only to be taken. Rest easy man

The Mom seems Eerily calm maybe she’s in shock. Being a parent you can’t be friends with your kids to the point where you can’t correct there wrong behavior.

For everyone wanting to know, he crashed another car not too long ago, buys this bmw and guts it and puts a huge turbo on, all and all that's fine but he wasn't wearing his seatbelt. Seatbelts save lives

People don’t wanna talk about how he could’ve had a harness and roll cage and innately boost his chances of survival. Maybe couldn’t have prevented the crash, but he very well could’ve walked out w his life if he took the necessary safety precautions. No seatbelt, turn key 7-8s 1/4 car, no roll cage, no seatbelt, and just a race helmet. Call a spade a spade, he asked for especially after already wrecking on the track and not taking heed to that sign.

More detail: his engine blew. The heads of his engine lifted a bit and it leaked a bit of oil it got onto his tires causing him to lose control I Heard he broke a axel too. He was a great driver and seemed like a good and passionate guy. Unfortunate that things went like that. Wish he gotten a roll cage.

From the report's tone, you'd think he's a victim of some tragedy. He did this to himself! I'm glad he didn't take anyone with him.

It's hard to feel bad for these drivers when they know what could happen. Putting other people at risk for kicks... you get no sympathy from me.

They did him dirty it was a drag race not a takeover or someone trying to swim. May he sleep in peace.

He didn't "ride or die", he "ride and died".
