When I was first playing this game, leading up to the Gold Saucer, I just happened to be listening to Disney’s Main Street Electrical Parade in my off time. Then when I got to the Gold Saucer, I hear a little bit of that Electrical Parade style, my mind was blown.

This theme is clearly inspired by Disney’s Main Street Electrical Parade. Which isn’t surprising since TokyoDisneyland has been running the Dreamlights version for years, let alone Tetsuya Nomura is a massive Disney Parks fan

I can't shake the nagging feeling that they arranged this version to specifically sound like the Electrical Parade at points, I'm thinking specifically Dreamlights at Tokyo.

Unlike the battle theme, (which was an absolutely phenomenal arrangement), this butchered the original. Sometimes, less is more.
