This video runs through the June 2014 CHEM 1 paper from start to finish. It is not intended to teach each topic in detail, rather the aim is to show you how to answer questions in the exam.

I always struggled with the shape questions like 7 (a). I knew all the shapes, but never knew how to tell if there was a lone pair or not! Who knew some simple maths could make it so easy, this was brill thanks so much.

Literally finished the exam like 20 minutes ago. It was aight. Just wished I worked faster as I never got to check through my answers at the end. But I think I did good, a B at least. I would've been lost without your videos so thank you! x

Q2 is basically simultaneous equations;
10x+11y=10.8 and x+y=1, rearrange and you get x=0.2 and y=0.8

This is a really good way to teach. Also I understand that it's gonna take a while to make topic videos for Chem 4 and Chem 5 but even if you just go through a couple papers like you've done here it would help me a lot as my Chem 4 is in a couple weeks! (10th June and Chem 5 is 15th June) And Chem 4 and 5 are so advanced it would really help to see every question broken down as you do in this video!!!
