The new replay tac view is a game changer for dogfighting, being able to properly assess where you went wrong or what you did well.

And I'll never understand why they are so resistant to new game modes. I think something like a ranked 2v2 dogfight mode would be really popular if they gave it a proper go.

Are the su 27 and mig 29 THAT bad? All the fights that i saw with these planes where only won by a grave mistake on your part.

Is it just bad pilots who dont use the plane properly? (No offense intended to those who flew)

I’d love to see a mode where unlike regular, there’s a simultaneous ground and air battle. For example, there’s a 2v2 like this, and unless one side wins the air battle, CAS weaponry is locked out and cannot be spawned in. I would love just being in a ground battle, and instead of looking up and fearing for my life instantly, there’s an air battle taking place. That’d look absolutely amazing at night.
Or maybe I’m just completely insane.

This is all about energy management because these two fighters can turn really quick but also losses momentum rapidly. Good timing is the essence.

Can you do bvr with the f14b after the phoenix buff, they’re actually super good now and it’s soooo hard to out pull them especially at alt, they’re prolly the best bvr missile now along side the r27er, the 27er is still faster but the aim54 is fox3 and burns longer/has more range, do more bvr with it they’re super fun to use and I get atleast 1 kill a game with them, most of the time 2 cause I carry 2

Vous le saviez que dans la vie réelle en 2015 des Gripen thailandais ont affronté des J-11 chinois pour des combats d'entrainement et que les Gripen ont perdu 16-0 contre les J-11 chinois en dogfight ?? Dogfight avec des aim9 Sidewinder pour les Gripen et des PL-8 pour les J-11. J'ai appris ça il y a quelques jours et j'ai été étonné, mais bon le lendemain en combat BVR les Gripen ont abattu 46 J-11 pour 6 Gripen abattu de leur côté. 😂
