For me personally it’s exceptional. I have a LG C4 83 inch TV which I played the Series X on and the PS5 slim and I have to say for me it’s made a massive difference. Even with Black Ops 6 and Warzone and that has not even had the enhancement patch yet.

I had it saw that that wasn't a big difference from my regular PS5 so I returned it back to Best Buy got my money back

Honestly, even though the price was a bit high, i am loving the PS5 Pro!!! Everytime i used to play on my base PS5, i used to switch to Fidelity mode in some games just to see the quality and details of graphics for a brief period to WOW the works of game developers but always had to switch back to performance mode. But now with PS5 pro, i ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Every frame is beautifully crafted, clean and smooth with even small details are so clear. I would highly recommend if you have a 4k tv already, go for the Pro, you wont regret! Yes, its expensive, but worth the money invested until PS6 comes, (maybe 3 or 4 years) instead of regretting to play games in its maximum potential. Just my humble opinion 😌

I might get one as I like the best systems, but it needed to be $100 cheaper or include the disk drive to be decent value imo.

The smoothness is amazing. Thats what i want to play, i prefer frames over quality.

Everyone is confused because of the price guys if price is an issue don’t buy it the difference between base ps5 and the pro is small.
It’s pay more get less kind of deal also texture are more clear but also more Soft it does not feel like a clear resolution bump.
Now if the price was a lot lower I would recommend in buy it but still it does not feel like crazy huge upgrade but it feels more like what current generation should have been from the beginning.

I made an impulse buy. I’m pleased with the current enhancements, but I’m ready for the future games to show off the power of the new gpu. I did consider upgrading my older pc instead, but might do that the next console generation if it’s underwhelming.

Im just like you bro. On my normal Playstation 5 Slim Disc Version, I usually always prioritize graphics/fidelity mode in favor of that crsip native 4K and am willing to put up with the 30fps performance strictly because I want the best visuals possible. But since I too have the Playstation 5 Pro now, I'm so glad I dont have to make that compromise and can just play my games at 4K while still having that 60fps, even if its through PSSR upscaling.

I play almost every game on fidelity mode 40fps 120hz ( if is available) on my 144hz tv, do you still recommend the upgrade for someone who is looking for big graphic upgrade ?( I have ps5)

Totally get this perspective. For me...I spent 100 dollars. Traded my series x to reserve it, followed by my current ps5 game pro membership trade in at gamestop for the pro. Hell reserved my original ps5 for 50 and dropped 100 dollars a paycheck until it's release. Left with literally all accessories and 6 games. I guess you just have to be smart. 700 plus tax is a lot! I'm very much enjoying my pro, though. Noticeable difference in all aspects... but I'm a self admitted Sony fan boy

This Christmas 2024 I’ll be getting a PlayStation 5 slim console I truly can’t wait been waiting patiently to get PS5, I since I’m a OG on disk drives I probably buy one just for add on along with extra dullshock controller, anyway this some great advice on this video.

How future proof will it be if ps6 will likely be out in a couple years? Considering console life span average between 5-7 years. It’s almost 2025.
