I’ve been following you guys for ages! I just had the same surgery (I assume - a Bankart lesion surgery) 11 days ago, and I find myself having similar thoughts! It’s reassuring to know I’m not alone, and I really appreciate your reflective video that shows another side of sports (of injury and the mental battle, which I find is harder than the physical recovery/limitations)! I wish you a speedy recovery, and I look forward to more amazing and unique content!
