The only time 4 interviews should happen is if you're applying to be a Director, CEO, CFO, etc.

For any other job, two interviews at the most. A phone interview and an in-person interview.

I once had 3 interviews. Then they called and I thought it was to offer me the job. It was for a 4th. I politely declined and asked them to put me on the Do Not Call list. Any company that has no respect for your time BEFORE hire will be a nightmare AFTER

I’ll never forget I went through 3 interviews to get a job at Teavana in the mall. I would show up on time, have a physical resume, plenty of experience working in retail but the guy they picked showed up late to the interview twice, didn’t have a resume and was still in high school so very limited availability. I remember being so shocked and mad at the time but looking back, it only pushed me to get a better job. They also shut down within a couple years lol

LOL I went through this SO MANY TIMES 🤬 Even got the "please keep an eye on our future job openings!"
To be fair, the one I REALLY thought I had in the bag went to someone who deserved it and was genuinely more qualified. So fair play to her.
