FYI that is how I fixed all my rust back in the 80s before I had a mig welder. Lasted for many years. Totally LEGIT REPAIR.... Now I weld in patches. just because I have a welder.

FYI SEM rust mort is really the same as OSPHO, I used sem rust mort 35 years ago that is where I learned to treat rust. It really works. I did several jobs with it and 20 years later no rust.
