Learn to make Park Seo Joon's Dakgalbi from Jinny's Kitchen Season 2. I was so jealous when all those tourists in Iceland got to see and eat food that these Korean actors/actresses made! What an experience, right?? Well, don't be too jealous because you can get it at home now with this recipe :)

Sauce ingredients:
6g minced garlic
1.2g minced ginger
3g sesame oil
0.09g black pepper
0.15g curry powder
18g oligosaccharide
7.5g taste sake
7.5g sugar
7.5g dark soy sauce
9g finely ground red chili powder
15g gochujang
Dakgalbi ingredients:
1/2 onion, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 carrot, chopped
1 small sweet potato, chopped
1/8 Cabbage, chopped
~3 chicken thighs, roughly chopped
1/4 Cup water
Chives, chopped for garnish
Seaweed flakes
1 ramen
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp water
Directions:
1. Combine all the sauce ingredients and set it aside.
2. Chop up chicken and vegetables.
3. In a large pan, combine the sauce with all the chopped chicken and vegetables. Give it a good mix, add 1/4 Cup water, and cover lid.
4. Cook ramen and drain water. Continue to rinse and drain with cold water (~3 times). Then add 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp water, and seaweed flakes. Give this a good mix.
5. Continue to cook dakgalbi until the chicken and sweet potato is fully cooked.
6. Plate dakgalbi, ramen, chives, and more seaweed flakes. Enjoy!
