I'm not a doctor but I would recommend using the thin part of the brush instead of the wide part of the brush during the "Sharp/Dull" test at 26:00 to avoid any potential for the dull to be determined by the patient based on the thickness of the brush vs the thickness of the sharp utensil.

30:28 As well, potentially ear plugs for the patient after explaining the test would remove the ears being used to determine what should be getting determined only by touch.

Another example of this subconscious phenomenon that can tamper with medical data is when I took a hearing test for example. Since I was able to see the doctor pressing the button out of the corner of my eye when I was supposed to be using solely hearing to determine if a sound was being heard, I was using my eyes subconsciously determine if there was sound as well. Removing all extraneous variables during certain physical exams is necessary to obtain perfect data.

I know this is primarily for ASMR, but I'm just pointing it out in case anyone in the medical community might find the insight valuable and worth the slight extra effort to obtain better patient data. Long story short: each test for each of the senses should have no ability to be tampered with by the patient obtaining an answer using a sense that isn't supposed to be used to determine the answer.

This is why the best test performed here was the one where we find out the patient failed the test when registering touch sensitivity on her abdomen. That test had absolutely no possibility to be corrupted by the patient using another sense to determine what should be the correct answer, as her eyes were closed and there was no movement to be detected through sound that would signify one or two touches, and smell and taste play no factors obviously.

What about the headaches the patient mentioned? Watch regularly. . . very relaxing. My GP isn't nearly as thorough!
