A noughties rock classic in the form of 96 Quite Bitter Beings by CKY. This track contains an inconic riff to start with. I've transposed the riff to standard tuning but beware that if you want to play the whole song then you'll need to go to e flat tuning and move all the notes up one fret!

I really think this riff represnts y2k era the best. It was part of the mainstream as opposed to other iconic riffs that were more a selective genre.

I like how every tutorial has completely diffrent tabs and some are Eb and others are just standard

A lot of tabs Ive seen play the first triad across 3 strings, and the way I play it is by playing the 1 and b3 on the A string and then hitting the 5th on the D string

I just learned this song and the tab I used was a half step down from E standard tuning. I guess you can play this in multiple ways. 🤷🏻‍♂️
