General surgeon here, this could be a skin condition called hidradenitis suppurativa. Causes bumps/inflammation in armpits and groin with recurrence and need for drainage. Id recommend a visit to a dermatologist or a general surgeon. Might need long duration of abx treatment or biological treatment. Of course after confirming the diagnosis first.

She has MRSA, I had the same symptoms. It is an antibiotic resistant virus which is infectious so I wouldn’t touch it with bear hands. You should go and have it tested (took 6 months for me to get it diagnosed). Maybe like this comment so they can see it

Came to the comments to say this looks and sounds like Hidradenitis Suppurativa (aka HS) and I’m glad other people are saying the same thing and know what it is! I have HS and it’s tied to my Crohn’s disease and I struggled with this for YEARS before I got a diagnosis and found ways/medicines that helped. The pain is truly indescribable at times and I’m so sorry you’re going through this :(

I literally have the same thing and honestly, it's horrible. It usually gets really bad around the time of my period but it really sucks because there isn't exactly a 'cure' for it.
I really hope you feel better soon and find something that sort of works for you.

I worked in derm, and saw this ALL the time.
Wear gloves, wipe the area with an alcohol wipe or use an antibacterial soap like Hibiclens. Lance the boil/cyst with a sterile needle to relieve the pressure. Use hot/warm compresses to help the stuff drain out. Change the bandages throughout the day.

I have HS. Things that help, waxing instead of shaving (whenever there’s not a flare up of course), stopping with deodorants that have antiperspirant in it, baby wipes, HEBICLENS (this is a life saver). And if you can laser on those pesky hairs. I have lost weight which also helped.
I’ve had the bumps on my bikini area, under my boobs and armpits. Since losing weight I mainly have them on my armpits and not so regularly… for everyone that has it my ❤ goes out to you. This hurts like a woodpecker with a a flaming steel beak.

I've have hs since I was 19 and 33 now and still have it ive had 5 to 6 surgeries
the pain and Discomfort that they make you feel is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy I've lost so much to this disease Permanent scars And missed the opportunities ❤❤

This is crazy that I’ve finally found someone going through this too. I’m actually amazed, because I’ve been getting abscesses around my groin for 4 years now, and we haven’t had any idea what it is. I’m going to a dermatologist soon, but this makes me want to cry. I’ve been feeling so abnormal because of all the scarring on my legs and armpits.

My mom has HS, she ended up needing surgery but she is doing better now! She still has some flare-ups but not as bad as before. Thankfully, they're coming out with more treatments and I wish her the best!!!

I have the same pads til it busts open & then coconut oil mixed with turmeric & put the paste on the open boil & also take turmeric pills & lower your sugar intake & wash in the shower once or twice a week with Hibiclens
