Nicely done. I wish they could be turned that quick. The one thing that keeps me from turning more finials is how long they take. And they’re so fidgety. This is a very nice finial. You done good.

Amazing work Mike, at first I was like, "He is going to make a finial in under 3 minutes???", then the vid started and it was sped up. I know you are amazing on the tools, but a finial in 3 minutes is one huge ask lol. I do like the delicate touch you gave this and the colour too. Music in this vid, spot on 😁

The most difficult is to decide on the shape.
Generally I like what others make on YT but not so much what I come up with myself.
Especially the 'improvised' ones; they look good when I turn them but I hate them the other day.
Having a plan/design upfront would help.
