I had brain surgery a few months ago and I love watching your videos while I relearn how to do makeup! You've helped me through quite a few tough times but this one especially ♡ thank you so much for continuing to be an inspiration!

I feel so validated watching you talk about the Shiseido sunscreen! 😅 I've never seen a YouTuber talk about it, but I've been obsessed about that sunscreen for YEARS.

In my experience korean sunscreens are the absolute best. Purito, klairs, Cosrx and Krave (my fav). 15 is also not nearly enough protection. At least 30, always. With that said; thank you for the tips! I want to try the shiseido one 🥰

Hi gorge! I love that you push Spf because that’s so important and I wish I had really known how much your skin is affected when you don’t wear spf and now that I know I don’t go a day without it. ❤️👍🏼

Once my dermatologist explained to be the difference between a chemical and physical/mineral sunscreen, I’ll never wear chemical again. Sunscreens are hard aren’t they.... mineral sunscreens are so much better for you, but some of them can leave residue on the skin. 🙄chemicals absorb but so do all the nasties. My demonologist also explained that with foundation which has spf in it, you need close to 9 pumps to get actual protection from your foundation. So in other words, so many people are walking around thinking they have sunscreen on their face when they don’t have an adequate amount.

I finaly found a great sunscreen for my sensitive, combo, dehydrated skin, the Purito Centella Green Level Unscented Sun SPF50 PA++++. It feels like a moisturizer, works good under makeup and didn't make my rosacea react .

I used to use the dermalogica oil free matte spf 30 but since discovering the dermalogica prisma protect spf 30 I dont want to use anything else. I have oily skin but I absolutely love the prisma and it gives a natural shine to the skin without making my face look greasy. I find it good under makeup and I love the fact that it has antipollution properties too. If you havent tried it I recommend you to try it Nikkia 💗

I absolutely love Korean skincare and that Shiseido sunscreen. I pretty much stopped using any western products and use Korean and Japanese skincare. Amazing gentle products with beautiful ingredients. There are many that do have other ingredients that I can’t use but the quality of KB and JB products are amazing.

Thanks for this video. Most of the sunscreens you recommended are American sunscreens and the US doesn’t approve of the new chemical UV filters. American sunscreen have old UV filters. I’m surprised there are hardly any Australian, European or Japanese sunscreens in the video. The Dermalogica sunscreens are overpriced without any of the newer chemical filters. One of the best sunscreen which I’ve used is Ultraceuticals
Ultra UV Protective Daily Moisturiser SPF 30 Mattifying and it’s an Australian brand.
