What is ABSHER account in Saudi Arabia? (Urdu/Hindi)

It is a service provided by Ministry of Interior at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for all its citizens and Expatriates to get connected with their routine needs.
Through this ABSHER account you can get access to some of your basic details related to Muqeem Card, Iqama Card or Resident Card. Absher is an online account (Portal) at Ministry of Interior Website.
