Painting someone else's house without their permission is not something allowed by law anywhere as far as I know. Maybe not literally outlawed but you'd still be charged with vandalism.

Correction here:

1. In Sweden you can paint someone's house an another color if you have permission from the house-owner.

2. There are no official laws that regulates what exactly color you can have on the house, but the municipality can have rules on that.


3. You don't need a license to paint someones other house but you need permission från the municipality.

I live in sweden and it depends. Within city limits there are certain rules. In the countryside you can paint your house whatever you want

No offense or anything, but as a person who lives in Sweden I've never heard of a law telling people that they can't paint houses.
You may be right but i find it quite weird.
