A lovely walk Ian, I hope you are ok after that fall, it sounded painful. I hate it when its icy. Looks like its warming up a little bit next week though. Take care.

Ouch! That fall looked very painful. I hope you are ok. My mum fell on ice like that a few years back and fractured her arm. Take it steady. Sam x ps. Looked like a lovely walk.

Hi Ian lovely walk hope your OK after the fall, I slipped a couple of years ago when we stopped at Eye Kettleby Lakes in Melton Mowbray, I stupidly walked across a grass verge in the carpark, left leg slipped on the wet grass tour my thigh muscle, my thigh was black & blue, really I should have had it checked out, being a stubborn old git thought I would be OK, I still have a dip in my front thigh muscle

That fall could have caused you some issues Ian.Hopefully no problems later?
Always awkward when you have two dogs with one on a lead.Quite a good walk otherwise despite being close to industrial units.Keep well mate.
